Meta попереджає про мережі тролів у соцмережах із Росії й Ірану напередодні виборів у США. Це випливає із щоквартального огляду компанії. Пише Record.

В ньому зазначено, що з 2017 року компанія зірвала 39 російських таємних операцій впливу, 30 іранських і 11 китайських. 

Meta очікує, що у Сполучених Штатах у листопаді розпочнуться російські операції з просування кандидатів, «які виступають проти допомоги Україні», і критики тих, хто виступає за підтримку оборони України.

«Це може виглядати як описання причини економічних труднощів у США надання фінансової допомоги Україні, змалювання українського уряду як ненадійного або посилення голосів, які виражають проросійські погляди на війну та її перспективи», – попередила компанія.
