Постанова щодо надання особливого статусу деяким районам Донбасу визначає межі цих районів після проведення там законних позачергових місцевих виборів за українським законодавством.

Про це заявив спікер парламенту Володимир Гройсман на погоджувальній раді в понеділок,повідомляє Українська правда

За його словами, ця постанова є додатком до закону про особливий порядок самоврядування деяких районів Донбасу, ухваленого раніше парламентом.

У свою чергу лідер фракції БПП Юрій Луценко наголосив, що ухвалення постанови "не несе жодних ризиків для України, а навпаки – є єдиним шляхом відновлення її територіальної цілісності і підставою не дати звинуватити Україну в зриві мирних переговорів".

Він нагадав, що відповідно до Мінських угод, лінія розмежування на Донбасі встановлена на рівні, зафіксованому у вересні минулого року.

"Тільки в той момент, коли на цих територіях відновляться українські прапори, українській патрулі та український закон, там можуть бути проведені місцеві вибори", - наголосив він.

"Тобто йдеться про території, на яких ймовірно після відновлення українського контролю будуть проведені місцеві вибори", - наголосив він.
