Штаб миллиардера часто воспроизводит балладу Dream On. Юристы Тайлера в субботу, 10 октября, направили ему второе письмо-предупреждение, в котором напоминают, что у Трампа нет разрешения на использование композиции Dream On или других песен. Музыкальное сопровождение Aerosmith создает ложное впечатление о поддержке Тайлером президентской кампании Трампа.

Адвокаты видят в ситуации факт несоблюдения авторских прав и подчеркивают, что в вопросе нет ничего личного или политического. Миллиардер на послания юристов Тайлера не отреагировал.

Группа Aerosmith образована в Бостоне в 1970 году. За это время записано 15 студийных альбомов, которые проданы тиражом 150 миллионов экземпляров. Рокеры получили четыре "Грэмми", в 2001 году они были включены в Зал славы рок-н-ролла.
