За даними джерел Reuters, російська влада планує побудувати триповерховий будинок у передмісті Москви, на території нинішньої "кремлівської" Центральної клінічної лікарні (ЦКБ), пише Новое время
За приблизними оцінками вартість клініки становить 2,9 млрд рублів ($48 млн), вона розрахована на 10 осіб, в ній буде басейн, VIP-палати, приміщення для зустрічей з помічниками, спеціальні системи урядового зв'язку на випадок екстрених ситуацій.
У письмовій відповіді на запит Reuters, департамент управління майном при Адміністрації президента РФ підтвердив будівництво об'єкта. Рішення про будівництво та проектування було прийнято в липні 2015 року відповідно до концепції розвитку ЦКБ в 2015-2020 роках.
