Підготовлений Україною "План спільних кроків" для Тристоронньої контактної групи містить пропозицію про повне припинення збройного конфлікту на Донбасі, щоб 31 березня 2021 року тут могли відбутися місцеві вибори.

Про це агентству "Інтерфакс-Україна" заявив глава делегації України в ТКГ, перший президент України Леонід Кравчук.

За його словами, в першу чергу на Донбасі потрібно припинити збройний конфлікт і провести повну демілітаризацію ОРДЛО.

"З цього потрібно починати. Тобто, всі збройні формування, найманці, озброєння все повинно бути виведено з цієї території, незаконні збройні формування повинні бути розпущені. І це потрібно зробити на початку 2021 року", - сказав він

Для того, щоб провести вибори, Україна повинна взяти під контроль кордон і забезпечити на цих територіях нормальну життєдіяльність, додав Кравчук.

За його словами, Україна також на той час повинна прийняти закон про особливості проведення місцевих виборів в ОРДЛО.

"Я думаю, що Верховна Рада вже напрацювала багато в цьому напрямку. Потрібно підняти всі ці напрацювання, подивитися на їх утримання, і з урахуванням тих змін, які відбулися, прийняти відповідне рішення", - зазначив Кравчук.

Очікується, що 5 листопада план української сторони передадуть координатору ТКГ, спецпредставникові чинного голови ОБСЄ Хайді Грау.
