Прокуратура повідомила про підозру одному з кандидатів на посаду голови об’єднаної територіальної громади, який вітав учителів із професійним святом конвертами з 1000 грн
 

Про це повідомляє пресслужба Офісу генпрокурора.

"За процесуального керівництва Васильківського відділу Києво-Святошинської місцевої прокуратури повідомлено про підозру одному з кандидатів на посаду голови об’єднаної територіальної громади за фактом підкупу виборців (ч.4 ст.160 КК України)", - йдеться у повідомленні.

За даними слідства, кандидат на посаду голови ОТГ вітав вчителів у школі з їх професійним святом конвертами із грошима, оцінивши голос виборця у тисячу гривень.

Законодавство передбачає за підкуп виборців від 2 до 6 років ув’язнення для організаторів підкупу, у разі виявлення змови осіб - від 6 до 7 років ув’язнення, для виборців — 2 роки обмеження волі, 2 роки громадських робіт або штраф 6800 грн.
