Пресс-служба Комитета избирателей Украины заявляет о политических мотивах снятия с выборов Виктора Романюка.

"Действующий Закон о выборах народных депутатов Украины предусматривает исчерпывающий перечень обстоятельств для отмены регистрации уже зарегистрированного кандидата : личное заявление, потеря гражданства, потеря дееспособност , выбытия на постоянное жительство в другую страну , смерть.

Поскольку после регистрации ЦИК Виктора Романюка кандидатом не имела место одна из этих обстоятельств , то КИУ видит политическую мотивацию данного судебного решения"., - идется в заявлении пресс-службы КИУ.

Вмесет с тем, КИУ не может дать полную юридическую оценку постановления суда, поскольку на данный момент решение суда еще отсутствует в Едином государственном реестре судебных решений.

Напомним, 1 декабря 2013 Киевский апелляционный административный суд "снял" с выборов кандидата от оппозиции в 94-м округе Виктора Романюка.
