Київський окружний апеляційний суд ухвалив рішення про скасування реєстрації Віктора Романюка кандидатом у народні депутати у 94-му виборчому окрузі.

Про це повідомляє прес-служба "Батьківщини".

Суд ухвалив таке рішення за позовом громадянина В. Шпаковича (на виборах 2012 року висувався у 95-му окрузі від партії "Наша Україна"). Текст позову один в один копіює текст скарг на Центральну виборчу комісію, які подавав ще один кандидат у депутати по цьому округу Юрій Кармазін.

Юристи "Батьківщини" готують скаргу в апеляційну інстанцію, яка має бути подана у неділю.

У партії розцінюють це рішення суду як політично мотивоване, ухвалене з метою зняти з перегонів найрейтинговішого кандидата.

Віктор Романюк був висунутий "Батьківщиною" як єдиний кандидат від опозиції у 94-му окрузі на Київщині.

На виборах 2012 року він уже переміг на цьому окрузі, однак, ЦВК не спромоглася встановити офіційні результати виборів.
