Официальный Киев готов разговаривать с представителями Донбасса, но не с полевыми командирами, а с теми, кого население региона выберет на законных выборах. Об этом заявил заместитель министра иностранных дел Украины Вадим Пристайко. «Мы не можем и не будем разговаривать с полевыми командирами,сообщает delo.ua

Для этого есть выборы, и тот, кто будет избран (даже Плотницкий или кто угодно другой законно избранный), будет представлять регион и участвовать в дальнейшем политическом процессе. А подсовывать каких-то российских граждан или наемников и делать из них лидеров Донецка и Луганска — это несправедливо», — цитирует Пристайко украинская редакция Радио Свобода.

По его словам, выборы на подконтрольных так называемым ДНР и ЛНР территориях могут пройти только после отвода оттуда вооружения и войск. В начале марта боевики заявили, что уже завершили отвод своего тяжелого вооружения. Украинские силовики говорят, что на самом деле сепаратисты перегруппировывают свои силы для нанесения новых ударов.

В то же время раз за разом сепаратисты заявляют о том, что украинская власть должна финансировать подконтрольные им территории и осуществлять все предусмотренные законодательством Украины социальные выплаты. Официальный Киев говорит, что не будет направлять деньги туда, где не может контролировать их адресность.
