Глава Чечни Рамзан Кадыров в своем Telegram-канале Kadyrov_95 заявил, что готов предоставить площадку для переговоров между создателем мессенджера Павлом Дуровым и руководителем Роскомнадзора Александром Жаровым.

Кадыров отметил, что, как активный пользователь, не хотел бы, чтобы мессенджер заблокировали.

«Считаю, что стороны должны сесть за стол переговоров, а не игнорировать друг друга. Со своей стороны готов в Грозном предоставить площадку для встречи», — говорится в сообщении политика.

В пятницу, 23 июня, на сайте Роскомнадзора было опубликовало открытое обращение Жарова к Дурову. Глава ведомства потребовал от владельца популярного мессенджера соблюдать российские законы и предоставить необходимые данные для внесения сервиса в реестр организаторов распространения информации.

Он также подчеркнул, что «все имеющиеся возможности официальной коммуникации с командой Telegram исчерпаны» и время истекает. При этом в конце мая Жаров отмечал, что Роскомнадзор постоянно контактирует с администрацией Telegram, но отказался раскрыть подробности, сославшись на «чувствительность темы».
