ТОВ «Видавництво "Чистий прибуток"» подало до Національної ради з питань телебачення і радіомовлення заяву на видачу ліцензії на супутникове мовлення під логотипом Euronews. Про це стало відомо на засіданні Нацради 15 квітня,пише Телекритика

Засновниками і власниками компанії, яка поки що не має ніяких ліцензій на мовлення, є ТОВ «Український медіа-проект» (99,99%), яке є одним з власників телеканалу «Інтер», і ТОВ «Національні інформаційні системи» (0,01%), яке виробляє для каналу «Інтер» інформаційно-аналітичні програми. Пов'язаною особою є компанія Inter Media Group Limited. Директор компанії - Олексій Романюта. Нагадаємо, що Inter Media Group, коли належалаВалерію Хорошковському, видавала однойменний з компанією, яка подала заявку на ліцензію, журнал «Чистая прибыль».

Програмна концепція телеканалу передбачає 12 годин 2 хвилини на добу національного продукту, у тому числі 26 хвилин на добу - власного, а також 11 годин 58 хвилин на добу - іноземного продукту (ретрансляція програм виробництва Euronews S.A. з Ліона, Франція).

За жанровим наповненням планується 19 годин 40 хвилин на добу інформаційно-аналітичних програм, з них - 7 годин 42 хвилини національного продукту (у тому числі 22 хвилини власних програм) та 11 годин 58 хвилин іноземного продукту (ретрансляції); а також 3 години 36 хвилин реклами, 4 хвилини елементів оформлення ефіру та 40 хвилин анонсів, спонсорства і соціальної реклами.

Студія каналу планується на вул. Дмитрівській у Києві - за адресою телеканалу «Інтер». Канал планує підніматися на супутник Amos-3 з аплінка компанії «Саттелеком», яка є супутниковим оператором усіх каналів групи «Інтер».

Компанію «Чистий прибуток» представляв директор з розвитку мережі мовлення групи «Інтер» Олександр Кравцов. Він розповів членам Нацради,що мовлення каналу складатиметься з кількох блоків. Згідно з ліцензійною угодою з Euronews, за замовленням української компанії буде проведена повна адаптація телеканалу Euronews. «Буде українська доріжка, яку готує в Ліоні Euronews», - повідомив він.

Однак пан Кравцов не зміг уточнити, яка саме редакція готуватиме адаптацію - українська чи європейська, якою саме буде адаптація, якою буде редакційна політика каналу, що буде з російською версією Euronews.

Членів Нацради цікавило також, яким чином ліцензіат буде забезпечувати 50% національного продукту на добу. «Ми могли б, як НТКУ, записати до ліцензії ледве не 24 години на добу національного продукту. Але ми розраховували на більш-менш реальні цифри. Скоріш за все, національного продукту буде більше 12 годин, навіть без урахування реклами. Але це певна перестраховка. Зі старту взяти високу планку - це складно», - відповів пан Кравцов.

Він уточнив на запитання членів Нацради, що поки що на каналі будуть дві програми власного виробництва - прогнози погоди. «У розширеній програмній концепції ми описали декілька програм, які будуть вироблятися спільно з Euronews і які, на нашу думку, можна вважати національним продуктом», - додав він.

Голова Нацради Юрій Артеменко запропонував перенести розгляд питання, доки не прийде відповідальний за канал представник, який зможе відповісти на всі запитання членів Нацради та представить візуальну презентацію мовника. Всі члени Нацради підтримали цю пропозицію.
