Печерський райсуд Києва задовольнив клопотання слідчого Генпрокуратури Олексія Богомолова про доступ до серверів відеохостингу YouTube в США

Про це йдеться в ухвалі суду від 2 березня, опублікованій в Єдиному реєстрі судових рішень, передає depo.ua

Доступ наданий для отримання інформації про користувача, який оприлюднив відеозаписи СБУ в кабінеті екс-заступника міністра внутрішніх справ Сергія Чеботаря.

Тепер слідчий Богомолов має доступ до документів компанії YouTube LLC у місті Маунтін-В’ю, штат Каліфорнія, Сполучені Штати Америки.

Зокрема, там він, на думку Печерського суду, може отримати анкетні дані користувача, який опублікував ролики, його електронну та IP-адресу, хости, з яких відбувалась реєстрація, а також матеріали самих відеозаписів "Як Чоботар пісок продавав серія 1", "Як Чоботар пісок продавав серія 2", "Як Чоботар пісок продавав серія 3".

Таке право суд надав слідчому терміном на місяць. Про те, чи літав Богомолов для обшуку YouTube в США, не повідомляється.

Нагадаємо, у кінці минулого року Печерський суд вже видавав дозвіл Генпрокуратурі на обшук  українського офісу компанії Google, яка є власником YouTube.

Мова йде про відео, зняте СБУ минулого року в рамках справи про продаж піску ДП "Спецсервіс" Міністерству внутрішніх справ за заниженими цінами. На ньому директор підприємства Василь Петрівський звітує Чеботарю про продаж піску через підставну компанію.

У березні цього року прокуратура висунула Петрівському підозру.
