Мэр Якутска Сардана Авксентьева проголосовала против поправок в Конституцию России, которые позволят остаться Владимиру Путину при власти до 2036 года.

Ранее в социальных сетях появилось фото Авксентьевой с бюллетенем, в котором отмечена графа За. Пресс-секретарь мэра Алексей Толстяков объяснил Yakutia.Info, что это фото — фейк.

«Как избранный мэр будет голосовать за поправки, в числе которых отмена прямых выборов мэра? Это же выстрел самому себе в ногу, как минимум», — прокомментировал Толстяков.

Также мэр Якутска сама подтвердила изданию, что фото из сети — подделка

«Якутск — не оппозиция, Якутск — город самостоятельных, думающих людей, уникальный в своем роде. Людям была дана возможность выразить свое мнение — мы и высказались. За или против — решение каждого горожанина», — сказала Авксентьева изданию Yakutia.Info.

В субботу, 4 июля, в России в соответствии с указом президента Владимира Путина вступили в силу поправки в Конституцию.

Поправки позволяют действующему президенту вновь баллотироваться на этот пост в 2024 году — Владимир Путин сможет оставаться при власти до 2036 года.

Европейский союз раскритиковал голосование за поправки в Конституцию РФ. В частности, в Службе внешних связей ЕС напомнили, что поправки к статье 79 предусматривают верховенство российского основного закона над решениями межгосударственных органов на основе международных договоров.
