Згідно зі списком, Віктору Бабарико пред'явлені звинувачення за такими статтями:

  • ч.2 ст. 235 (Легалізація ("відмивання") коштів, отриманих злочинним шляхом, вчинені повторно, або службовою особою з використанням своїх службових повноважень, або в особливо великому розмірі),
  • ч.2 ст. 243 (Ухилення від сплати податків, що призвело до збитків в особливо великому розмірі)
  • ч. 2 ст 431 (Давання хабара повторно чи у великому розмірі).

Його сина Едуарда Бабарико звинувачується за ч. 2 ст. 243 (Ухилення від сплати податків в особливо великому розмірі).
