Экс-заместитель председателя генштаба Вооруженных сил Украины, генерал-лейтенант Игорь Романенко высказал свое мнение относительно разговоров вокруг того, что глава России Владимир Путин может развязать третью мировую войну, передает PRпортал. Так, по словам военного, то, что глава способен на то, чтобы втянуть весь мир в вооруженный конфликт – это факт, однако в данный момент для Москвы важна война в Украине. 

«Он готовится к войне с Украиной, но со всем миром вряд ли. Хотя он и готовит свой народ говоря, что они попадут в рай. Несмотря на пропагандистский дурман, большинство россиян не хочет войны», - рассказал Игорь Романенко. Он также отметил, что для полномасштабного наступления, Российской Федерации понадобится как минимум 240 тыс. личного состава ВС РФ. Впрочем, как нам уже доводилось наблюдать, в 2016 году Кремль проводились подобные военные учения с приближенным количеством сослуживцев. «Если не получится с выборами, у него будет готов военный вариант по Украине», - сказал генерал-лейтенант.
