Народный депутат Михаил Добкин заявил, что он намерен обжаловать в суде отказ Главного управления юстиции в Харьковской области в регистрации областной организации "Оппозиционного блока", сообщает Zn.ua

 

"Наши юристы прорабатывают пакет документов для подачи в суд с обжалованием отказного решения Главного управления юстиции в Харьковской области по поводу регистрации областной организации "Оппозиционного блока". Начальник управления юстиции Юрий Георгиевский в ответ на наш запрос так и не смог внятно объяснить причину отказа, каждый раз ссылаясь на "букву закона". Однако в законе нет положения о запрете регистрации какой бы то ни было политической партии", - сказал Добкин.

Кроме этого депутат подчеркнул, что к подаче в суд готов иск о привлечении к ответу начальника Главного территориального управления юстиции в Харьковской области Юрия Георгиевского по уголовной статье, связанной с препятствованием политической деятельности

"Мы располагаем фактами, что в свое время именно Георгиевский, будучи и.о. заместителя председателя Харьковской облгосадминстрации, был уличен во взяточничестве и "тихо" пересажен в кресло начальника управления юстиции" - отметил Добкин.

3 августа Главное территориальное управление юстиции в Харьковской области отказало в регистрации региональной организации партии "Оппозиционный блок".

"27 июля мы приняли к сведению решение о ликвидации областной организации партии "Закон и порядок", запущена процедура ликвидации данной областной организации этой политической партии. Пока ликвидационная процедура не будет завершена в соответствии с действующим законодательством, Главное территориальное управление юстиции не может принять решение о регистрации областной организации "Оппозиционного блока" на территории Харьковской области",  - сказал Юрий Георгиевский. 

Инциденту предшествовала массовая драка с перестрелкой у офиса Добкина 3 августа. Пятьдесят человек с пистолетами, кирпичами, дубинками и мачете пытались буквально штурмовать здание, в котором засели якобы сторонники "Оппозиционного блока".

Сейчас милиция расследует столкновения у офиса Добкина в Харькове как массовые беспорядки. На текущий момент точное количество задержанных неизвестно.
