Весьма прогнозируемо, что, но не обошлось без «зрады» в новом Избирательном кодексе, за который сегодня 230 нардепов отдали свои голоса. Как передает PRпортал, об этом в своем блоге пишет глава правления Гражданской сети Опора Ольга Айвазовская.

Она отмечает, наверное, многим интересно, по какому закону будут происходить национальные внеочередные местные выборы, о которых все так уверенно говорят, или очередные местные 2020 года. Правильный ответ: по старому Избирательному кодексу. Есть еще один вопрос: по какому закону будут организовываться очередные парламентские выборы, дата проведения которых, если трактовать по Конституции и ссылаться на практику последних президентских, приходиться на 2023, а не 2024 год. Правильный ответ: действующий, старый Избирательный кодекс.

Ольга Айвазовская выступила с предложением ко всем тем, кто действительно хочет изменений к лучшему – не расслабляться, а все же доработать Избирательный кодекс уже в новом созыве Верховной Рады, если его еще и подпишет президент. Что касается содержания, то об этом можно будет говорить после обнародования финального текста.
