Некоммерческая организация Charity: Water и Buzzfeed придумали впечатляющую кампанию, чтобы помочь людям понять серьезность ситуации. Созданием видео занималось агентство DigitasLBI. 

Серия роликов похожа по стилю на обычные видео для гурманов с красочными блюдами в стиле направления #cleaneating в Instagram. Однако во всех блюдах есть одна особенность. Видеорецепт описывает все необходимые ингредиенты и показывает процесс шаг за шагом, но вместо чистой воды используется грязная, которая на глазах у публики добавляется в коктейли, лимонад и кукурузный хлеб. В результате конечный продукт выглядит отвратительно.

Некоторые стадии процесса готовки в каждом видео кроме визуального шока добавляют драматизма в инструкциях. Зрителям даются указания избегать контакта с кожей при замешивании теста, добавить две капли отбеливателя для уничтожения бактерий брюшного тифа и отцедить пиявок.

Цель кампании – побудить людей помнить, что для кого-то использование грязной воды является повседневной реальностью.
