Щоб провести місцеві вибори на окупованому Донбасі, необхідно хоча би почати вирішувати питання з Державним реєстром виборців

Провести місцеві вибори на окупованих територіях до літа нереально. І якщо західні партнери собі це уявляють, то або вони необ'єктивно оцінюють ситуацію, або Київ погано доносить до них, що насправді відбувається на окупованих територіях Донецької і Луганської областей. Про це в ефірі "5 каналу" заявив представник України у політичній підгрупі Тристоронньої контактної групи на переговорах у Мінську Роман Безсмертний.

"Говорити про те, що для того, щоб припинити насичення цієї території зброєю, нам треба проводити вибори, мені хочеться сказати простим українським прислів'ям "розуме, де ти?!" у цій ситуації. Невже не зрозуміло, що подібна концепція буде збільшувати напруження на іншій території України? Для того, щоб ці вибори зробити, треба хоча б почати вирішувати питання з Державним реєстром виборців. Та технологічно відновити реєстр ми не зможемо раніше, ніж за півроку! Я не хочу, щоб українська сторона виглядала як фантасти у цій дискусії, ми повинні пропонувати реалістичні, прагматичні кроки по розв'язанню цієї ситуації", - зазначив він.
