Київський апеляційний адміністративний суд відхилив апеляцію партії "Русское единство" і залишив у силі рішення суду першої інстанції про заборону її діяльності.

Про це повідомила глава Державної реєстраційної служби Анна Онищенко, пише Insider

"На початку вересня апеляційний суд підтримав нашу позицію і визнав законною заборону партії "Русское единство", – зазначила вона.

Також Онищенко, виступаюча позивачем у справі про заборону Комуністичної партії, вважає, що процес свідомо затягується.

"Я впевнена, що суддя (Любов Маруліна) просто спеціально чекає, коли закінчиться термін її повноважень і буде заново призначена колегія для розгляду справи", – вважає правозахисник.

Глава реєстраційної служби стурбована тим, що судовий процес очевидно затягується і суд не може розпочати розгляд справи проти КПУ по суті.

Онищенко зазначила, що її досі навіть не сповістили про дату проведення наступного судового засідання.
