До Верховної Ради VIII скликання потрапляють 64 народних депутати, що голосували за закон 16 січня, а також принаймні 37 фігурантів журналістських антикорупційних розслідувань. Такі висновки можна зробити за результатами аналізу даних, розміщених на сайті Центральної виборчої комісії станом на 30 жовтня (оброблено понад 99% протоколів).

З них 54 голосувальники обрані в мажоритарних округах (53 самовисуванці та один депутат від Блоку Петра Порошенка), а 10 - за списком "Опозиційного блоку".
