КВУ в рамках проекту Дослівно проаналізував відвідування народними депутатами засідань Ради у січні-лютому 2017 року. За даними письмової та електронної реєстрації п’ятеро народних депутатів ще жодного разу в 2017 році не були присутні на пленарних засіданнях Верховної Ради.
Серед них члени «Опозиційного блоку» Євген Бакулін та Дмитро Добкін, позафракційний Андрій Білецький, а також Сергій Клюєв та Олександр Онищенко, які розшукуються українською владою. Андрій Білецький 22 лютого озвучив з парламентської трибуни вимоги учасників протесту біля ВР, але в парламенті зареєстрований не був.
За даними письмової реєстрації жодного засідання в 2017 році також не відвідали члени «Опозиційного блоку» Михайло Добкін та Юрій Солод. Проте за даними електронної реєстрації ці депутати були на робочому місці, але участі в голосуванні не приймали (пропущено 99% голосувань). Тому їх участь в роботі Ради під питанням.
Крім того, згадані народні депутати у січні-лютому не відвідували засідання профільних Комітетів Ради. Так, Дмитро Добкін пропустив обидва засідання Комітету з питань аграрної політики в лютому, а Юрій Солод – обидва засідання Комітету з питань фінансової політики. Євген Бакулін пропустив засідання Комітету з питань сім’ї, молодіжної політики, спорту та туризму 17 січня та 7 лютого.
Загалом у січні-лютому 2017 року відбулося 18 пленарних засідань Верховної Ради.
Нагадаємо, що відповідно до частини першої статті 26 Закону «Про Регламент Верховної Ради України» перед відкриттям кожного пленарного засідання проводиться реєстрація народних депутатів особисто на підставі пред'явлення посвідчення народного депутата та підтвердження своєї присутності власноручним підписом.
