Юлия Тимошенко решила снять свою кандидатуру с президентских выборов. Об этом написал бывший глава Центральной избирательной комисии Михаил Рябец на своей странице в Facebook, сообщает Капитал. 

«Ради борьбы с сепаратизмом и терроризмом в восточных регионах Украини и установления стабильности и спокойствия в государстве, Юлия Тимошенко решила снять свою кандидатуру с президентских выборов и создала сегодня и возглавила Национальное движение сопротивления», - отметил Рябец.

Напомним, Юлия Тимошенко является одним из фаворитов в президентских гонках. Ее основной конкурент - Петр Порошенко, в пользу которого свою кандидатуру с выборов снял глава партии УДАР Виталий Кличко.

Выборы президента назначены на 25 мая 2014 года.
