Департамент культуры КГГА по результатам тендера заключил договор с КП "Агентство по обслуживанию театральной и концертной деятельности " на услуги по организации и проведению дней Киева в Москве стоимостью 0,8 миллиона гривен.

В Москву повезут пять скульптур и лампаду, буклеты, фотокниги, танцевальный ансамбль имени Вирского и артисты театра русской драмы им. Л.Украинки.

"На первых страницах фотокниги о предметах, представленные на выставке, будут поздравления от председателя КГГА Александра Попова и директора департамента культуры КГГА Светланы Зориной", - пишут "Наші гроші" со ссылкой на "Вестник государственных закупок".

В смету включена аренда фургона для перевозки экспонатов и оборудования, суточные для водителя и экспедитора, плата аренду витрин, пюпитров, стендов для флаеров и буклетов , расходы на переезд и проживание артистов.

Дни Киева в Москве продлятся 17-19 октября. Попов планиурет встретиться с мэром Москвы, раздать медали ветеранам и положить венки на солдатские могилы.
