Европейских парламентариев также призвали определиться с позицией по поводу аннексии Крыма.

Парламентская ассамблея Совета Европы направит в Украину свою делегацию в связи с предстоящими выборами, сообщила в понедельник, 7 апреля, представитель Сербии Наташа Вукович.

Что касается Украины и выборов, которые состоятся 25 мая, то Бюро ПАСЕ сегодня утром решило направить крупную делегацию из 50 членов плюс двух содокладчиков», — передает слова Вукович информагентство Интерфакс-Украина.

По ее словам, очень важно, чтобы представители этой делегации посетили максимальное количество регионов в Украине.

Также во время сессии Ассамблеи Глава ПАСЕ Анн Брассер призвала европейских парламентариев выработать свою позицию по поводу решения России о присоединении Крыма.

Как подчеркнула глава ПАСЕ, обязанность Ассамблеи отреагировать на нарушения территориальной целостности, поскольку это одно из основополагающих правил Совета Европы «и это обязательство всех государств-членов».
