Как оказалось, "Валера" - это некий полковник МЧС Валерий Ухов, которому в "Комсомольской правде" посвятили целую полосу рекламных поздравлений в стихах.

Правда, цветовая гамма больше подошла бы для десткого праздника в МакДоналдс'е, но это, видимо, не смущает авторов поздравления М&Компанию.
