— Желание принимать участие в выборах — это своеобразная акция протеста киевлян против происходящего в государстве. И этому посодействовала сама власть, — комментирует результаты исследования 36-летний Александр Черненко, глава Комитета избирателей Украины, пишут в свежем номере "Газети по-українськи".

Показатели высоки, мы даже не ожидали таких, — продолжает Черненко. — Киевляне хоть и политически осведомлены и поинформированы, но не всегда активно идут на выборы. Но после того, как выборы в столице отменили, люди возмутились.

Понимают, кто в действительности принимает политические решения. Поэтому на вопрос "Кому выгодно перенесение выборов" логичный ответ — "Попову и Киевраде". Также люди осознают: если бы было указание президента — выборы состоялись бы.

Желание немедленно провести выборы связано с большим количеством коррупционных скандалов, дерибаном земли и разрушением исторических достопримечательностей в столице, считает политолог Сергей Таран, 43 года:

— Киевляне хотят выборов только на словах. Их настроения не воплощаются в акциях протестов. Тему подогревают только общественные активисты. Отсрочка с выборами — это проблема не только бездеятельной власти, но и недостаточно эффективных действий оппозиции.
