Госдума определила дату выборов в Крыму и Севастополе. Жители двух новых субъектов РФ выберут депутатов Государственного Совета Крыма и Заксобрания Севастополя 14 сентября 2014 года. Соответствующий законопроект депутаты приняли вчера в первом чтении, пишет НР.

Полпред президента РФ в Госдуме Гарри Минх отметил, что уже принятый конституционный закон о присоединении Крыма и Севастополя предусматривает проведение выборов в сентябре 2015 года. «Но интеграционные процессы идут оперативно и представители законодательных органов власти Крыма и Севастополя обратились президенту России с просьбой провести выборы раньше», – сказал он.

После выборов депутатов они будут назначать главу Республики Крым и губернатора Севастополя. По словам Минха, это должно произойти не позднее декабря 2014 года.

Таким образом, Крым и Севастополь выбрали для себя «кавказскую» модель управления, когда глава субъекта утверждается парламентом по представлению президента РФ. После разрешения вернуть прямые выборы губернаторов в 2012 году от них отказалось только три субъекта РФ – Дагестан, Ингушетия и Северная Осетия.

Крым и Севастополь станут первыми некавказскими регионами РФ, которые выбрали путь назначения главы субъекта.
