Защитник экс-премьера Юлии Тимошенко Сергей Власенко не рассматривает возможности своего участия в выборах в Верховную Раду по 5 проблемным округам.

Об этом он сказал в комментарии Интерфакс-Украина.

"У нас по 5-ти округам 5 человек выиграли выборы и, образно говоря, у них право первой брачной ночи. Если кто-то из них откажется, то тогда только кто-то может думать, чтобы баллотироваться на этом округе", - сказал он.

"Что касается меня, я 25 часов в сутки занимаюсь вопросами Юлии Владимировны Тимошенко, и у меня просто нет физической возможности ехать на округ и пахать на округе. А округ нужно пропахать, потому что, поверьте, власть бросит все ресурсы против оппозиционных кандидатов", - сказал Власенко.

Он заметил также, что надеется на восстановление в должности народного депутата по решению Европейского суда по правам человека.

"Я ожидаю в понятном для меня обозримом будущем решения ЕСПЧ по лишению меня мандата, и я все-таки надеюсь, что зайду в этот парламент и обращусь с трибуны парламента как действующий депутат к свои коллегам", - сказал Власенко.
