Внефракционный народный депутат Виктор Балога предлагает ввести электронные урны для голосования на парламентских выборах. Соответствующий законопроект о внесении изменений в закон о выборах народных депутатов зарегистрирован В.Балогой и опубликован на официальном веб-портале Верховной Рады, передает Интерфакс-Украина.

Автор проекта, согласно пояснительной записке, предлагает "максимально упростить процесс установления результатов голосования при помощи технических средств – электронных избирательных урн".

По мнению депутата, такие программно-аппаратные комплексы обеспечат автоматизированный прием распознавания и подсчет избирательных бюллетеней, формирование и печать протокола о подсчете голосов избирателей на избирательном участке, а также сохранение на мобильном носителе информации о результатах голосования и ее передаче избирательным комиссиям высшего уровня.

Предлагается установить, чтобы электронные избирательные урны закупались ЦИК за средства госбюджета.

Как сообщал PRпортал, на прошлах выборах 955,3 миллиона гривен неэффективно использовали на систему видеонаблюдения, потому что "полученные видеоматериалы практически не использовались".
