На вʼїзді до Києва, по Житомирський трасі, за зупинкою "Стоянка, зʼявились білборди з підписом «Усьому свій час». На плакаті легко впізнати генерала Шарля де Голля, який був не лише очільником французьких сил спротиву нацистам, а ще архітектором П'ятої республіки і президентом Франції із 1959 по 1969 рік. Зліва від нього профіль в тіні. Це натяк на те, що в Україні настане час і президентом стане військовий, саме генерал. В силуеті генерала проглядається Валерій Залужний

"Мені достеменно відомо, що до цього плакату не має відношення Валерій Залужний та його найближче оточення. І в мене є лише одне запитання - хто та навіщо розмістив цей плакат? Так, це може бути якійсь симпатик чи просто чиясь незрозуміла ініціатива, але переважна кількість експертів вважають, що цей плакат вивісили для того, щоб у декого, дуже мріючого про другий термін, але втрачаючого рейтинг, остаточно мізки зірвало. Все може бути, але мені все ж дуже хочеться знати хто це зробив і яку гру він грає? Але відповіді в мене немає. Поки що немає", - написав Борислава Береза.
