Журналісти побували на дачі Віктора Медведчука й Оксани Марченко, які перебувають під санкціями України за фінансування тероризму, в окупованому Криму. У 2012 році там гостював російський президент Володимир Путін.

Наразі на території маєтку, який у Goggle підписаний як «вілла Медведчук», проходять ремонтні роботи. З квадрокоптера видно кілька будівель, водні гірки й пляж, а також басейн, вертолітний майданчик та великий парк.

Раніше на цьому місці був протитуберкульозний санаторій. Пляж кум Путіна огородив великим парканом, місцевих мешканців туди не пускають.

Автори сюжету пояснюють, що до окупації Криму фірма, пов’язана з Медведчуком, оформила у власність пірс, після чого викупила 1,2 га пляжу. Водночас на будівництво у самому морі компанія дозволу не отримувала.

Наразі пляж оформлений окремо від маєтку на 1,9 га, який Медведчук у декларації не вказав.
