Такой необычный вкус выпустило казахстанское рекламное агентство Kombinat в коллаборации с баром Le Janbyr, решив, что если оливье – традиционное новогоднее блюдо, почему бы не сделать и пиво с таким вкусом.
 

Для того, чтобы добиться настоящего соответствия со знаменитым салатом, пивовар Шынгыс Кунанбаев добавил в процессе пивоварения огурцы, горох, морковь, лактозу и другие традиционные ингредиенты.

Как отмечают в баре, при дегустации пива чувствуется аромат маринованного огурчика, а на вкус - действительно кажется, как будто это жидкий оливье: кто-то способен уловить докторскую колбасу, кто-то чувствует морковь или картошку, а кто-то уверен, что улавливает все сразу.

Партия выпущена ограниченным тиражом для гостей бара, и в продаже, увы, не появится.
