Стиль Хонки из Межигорья Виктора Януковича можно назвать  "донецким бикоко" – "потому что просто "китч" звучит слишком слабо". Об этом сказала заместитель директора по научной работе Национального музея искусств  им.Ханенко Елена Живкова, которая вместе с волонтерами комитета "Голубого щита" (культурный эквивалент Красного Креста) две недели провела в Межигорье, определяя ценность президентских произведений искусства.

"Внутри здание просто ошеломило. Я шучу, что если дизайнер грешил при жизни, то после смерти он попадет в ад, который будет выглядеть как "Хонка Януковича". "Смесь французского с нижегородским" - так можно определить этот стиль. Мои коллеги еще называют его "донецким бикоко", потому что просто "китч" звучит слишком слабо", - отметила Живкова, которую цитирует ТСН.

"На фоне стен из необработанной древесины красуются севрские и мейсенские вазы, псевдоампирная мебель, много позолоты, хрустальные люстры и подсвечники в стиле "историзм", - объясняет замдиректора по научной работе Национального музея искусств  им.Ханенко.

Ранее сообщалось, что в Межигорье нашли краденые работы Айвазовского, Пикассо и Шишкина.
