Народний депутат від “Слуги народу” Ольга Василевська-Смаглюк вважає, що Нацагентство з питань подолання наслідків збройної агресії Росії, яке пропонується утворити зареєстрованим нещодавно законопроєктом, дублюватиме функції Міністерства юстиції і МЗС
Василевська прокоментувала зареєстрований в парламенті проєкт закону, інформує УНІАН.
“Мене він здивував тим, що він підміняє функції Міністерства юстиції і МЗС, яке займається позивною діяльністю щодо судів міжнародних інстанцій і стосовно Російської Федерації, і частково підміняє судову тяганину, яка ініційована НАК “Нафтогаз України”, - зазначила Василевська-Смаглюк.
У цьому зв’язку депутат наголосила, що не бачить сенсу у створенні додаткового органу. Зокрема, за її словами, створення вказаного агентства забирає багато коштів.
“Якщо зарплати будуть мінімальні у працівників цього Нацагентства, то потрібно буде щорічно від 8 мільйонів гривень на це і 300 мільйонів гривень піде на організацію діяльності цього агентства», - зауважила Василевська-Смаглюк.
