На засіданні Комітету з питань здоров’я нації ексрадник міністра охорони здоров’я та заступник директора фармкоманії "ІнтерХім" Олександр Чумак висловив погрозу депутаткам фракції "Голос".

"Я їм зараз бошки отоб’ю", - сказав Чумак

Проєкт закону №2089 про підвищення доступності лікарських засобів для громадян представляли депутатки фракції "Голос" Ольга Стефанишина та Олександра Устінова.

За словами Стефанишиної, законопроєкт дозволяє імпортувати ліки в Україну з країн, де вони дешевші, та скасовує так звані "вічнозелені патенти", на яких в Україні тримається монополія.

На думку депутатки, Олександр Чумак "дав команду дистриб‘юторам і фармвиробникам "валити" законопроєкт", і Комітет його не підтримав. 

У "Голосі" вважають, що "тим, хто роками отримував надприбутки з такого стану справ, пропозиції депутаток не сподобалися і вони перейшли до прямих погроз".

Реакція Стефанишиної: "З одного боку, це реально страшно, коли така людина прямо висловлює погрози. З іншого, я точно розумію, на який мозоль наступили ми з Сашею тим, хто хоче лишити ціни на ліки надвисокими в Україні.

Напевно, через це Комітет рекомендуватиме Раді відправити наш законопроєкт на доопрацювання – тобто в утиль".
