Народный депутат Антон Поляков раскритиковал руководство партии "Слуга народа" за решение об его исключении из фракции, он указал, что объективных причин для этого решения не было.

Об этом он заявил в кулуарах Верховной Рады для журналистов.

"Положения у фракции нет, это признали и Корниенко и Арахамия, положения не существует. На основании чего исключать из фракции – не понятно. В зале присутствовали меньше 120 депутатов, я их пересчитал, большинство — это руководители в партии или комитетов, заангажированные действовать в интересах руководства", - уточнил Поляков.

Также он рассказал о процессе голосования и своих переговорах с руководством фракции. По словам Полякова, он в отличие от руководителей монобольшинства в парламенте "плывет с президентом в одном направлении".

"Никаких доказательств, что я хуже всех голосую или прогуливаю заседания предоставлено не было. Я предложил, что раз мы честная партия, давайте проголосуем за исключение кнопкодавов из фракции. Поставили на голосование, кроме 10 человек все проголосовали против. То есть фракция разрешает кнопкодавить. Давид Арахамия говорит, что инакомыслие не может быть основанием для исключения, но при этом он также говорит "ты не с нами плывешь". Куда мы плывем, я плыву с президентом в одном направлении", - заметил нардеп.
