Депутат Тульської міської Думи Олег Погорєлов особисто був присутній на "відкритті" сушарки для білизни у дворі житлового будинку. Повідомлення про «відкриття» з'явилося на сайті міськдуми.

Як повідомляється на сайті Тульської міськдуми, туляки звернулися до Погорєлова за сприянням в «організації майданчика для сушіння білизни». «Побажання було виконано в короткі терміни: за сприяння Олега Погорєлова були виготовлені та встановлені два комплекти спеціального обладнання, так необхідного жителям перших поверхів Жителі та старші по будинках адресували слова подяки і висловили надію на подальшу плідну співпрацю», – йдеться в повідомленні.

На сайті також опубліковані фотографії – на них Погорєлов в куртці з логотипом «Єдиної Росії» фарбує сушарку в блакитний колір. За його діями спостерігають три жінки.
