Нардеп Верховної Ради IX скликання від партії "Опозиційна платформа – За життя" Ілля Кива, очевидно, ховався від пильної уваги фотографів у Раді.

Відео з депутатом опублікував на своїй сторінці у Facebook фотограф Ян Доброносов. У ролику видно, як Кива ховається з телефоном біля трибуни перед робочими столами своїх колег.

При цьому смартфон він тримав на рівні ременя, породивши масу жартів у мережі. "Це він так уникає фотокамер? Щоб його смс коханкам не сфотографував?", "Розробляє дрібну моторику пальців?", "Обсцикає чиєсь робоче місце", "Він шо, пісяє?", "Она**є", - почали жартувати юзери.
