Суд приговорил к штрафу в размере 8,5 тыс. грн. военнослужащего из села Теплица Арцизского района Одесской области за демонстративное неуважение к нормам моральности.

Как передаёт издание «Пушкинская» со ссылкой на соответствующее судебное решение, сам инцидент произошёл ещё два года назад, летом 2017-го — нетрезвый военный вступил в ссору с одной семьёй из–за щенка и стал громко и нецензурно выражаться, чем привлекло внимание председательницы сельсовета.

Она попыталась успокоить мужчину, но тот, как отмечается в решении суда, «проявив пьяную удаль, демонстративно снял с себя шорты и нижнее бельё и, повернувшись к спиной, наклонился вперёд, оголив таким образом свои ягодицы».
