Если коллеги между собой матерятся – значит, коллектив здоровый, и им удалось стать командой. Как передает PRпортал, об этом исполняющая обязанности главы Минздрава Ульяна Супрун написала на своей странице в Фейсбуке. В частности, чиновница выступила против «дематюкации», и отметила, что мат полезен для здоровья.

Супрун подчеркнула, что четко примененная брань не означает, что человек обижает собеседника, и на самом деле такие слова могут привести только к положительным результатам для здоровья. «Когда человек отвечает нецензурной лексикой на неприятную ситуацию, а не на человека, то чувствует облегчение - мозг реагирует на это выделением эндорфинов, которые участвуют в обезболивании или удовлетворении. Исследования показали эффективность ругательств в уменьшении боли, усилении сердцебиения и повышении болевого порога», - отмечает чиновница. 

По ее словам, пользоваться нецензурной бранью надо лишь в определенные моменты, а не постоянно, иначе к такой лексике мозг начинает привыкать и перестает принимать ее как что-то неординарное. Эмоции надо выплескивать наружу, а не держать их в себе. Это и есть залог долголетия.
