На могилевском предприятии «БелМаш», что на Белоруси,  сотрудницам разрешили работать у станка в купальниках. Причиной тому стала аномальная жара в Беларуси, которая повлияла на производительность труда, говорят на заводе. В качестве иллюстрации эксперимента «БелМаш» снял свою версию клипа «Satisfaction».

«По требованию женской половины коллектива руководство компании обновило правила дресс-кода для данной категории сотрудников на территории предприятия. Сейчас здесь можно встретить девушек, тестирующих продукцию компании – деревообрабатывающие станки, в купальниках. Согласно новым правилам, тестировщицы оборудования могут быть одеты в купальники или красивое белье, что не мешает основному виду деятельности. Для защиты используются фартук, очки и перчатки. Правило действует только в тех случаях, когда температура воздуха превышает 27 градусов по Цельсию», –отмечается в пресс-релизе «БелМаш».

В руководстве завода говорят, что «сотрудницы довольны лояльностью руководства, а производительность труда резко выросла – более чем на 20% у всего коллектива».

«Если эксперимент удастся, то мы планируем перевести на такую «униформу» сотрудников мужского пола. Главное – результат и эффективность хозяйственной деятельности», – говорят на «БелМаше».
