В пресс-службе Счетной палаты Украины сообщили, что в ведомстве обнаружили нарушения в начислении заработной платы руководителю госпредприятия ProZorro. Таким образом, ему выплатили на 100 000 гривен больше, - передает PRпортал.
"Нарушения при начислении заработной платы руководителю ГП ProZorro обнаружили аудиторы Счетной палаты при осуществлении аудита эффективности использования и распоряжения имуществом ГП ProZorro, что имеет финансовые последствия для государственного бюджета", - отметили в Счетной палате.
Таким образом, вместе с нарушением требований украинского законодательства ГП ProZorro понесло расходы на зарплату руководителя 920,68 тысяч гривен. В последствии Счетная палата отправила рекомендацию Минэкономразвитию внести изменения в контракт с руководителем ProZorro, чтобы скорректировать размер его зарплаты. Также будет проведен перерасчет его зарплаты за период пребывания на посту. "Результаты аудита показали расходы государственного предприятия ProZorro с несоблюдением требований законодательства - 32,0 миллиона гриве непроизводительные расходы - 9, 3 миллиона гривен , получение предприятием доходов с нарушением законодательства - 165,3 миллиона гривен", - сообщили в ведомстве.
