Британский певец Эд Ширан официальной обвиняется в плагиате чужой песни, которая используется в его композиции под названием Thinking Out Loud. В судебном иске отмечается, что певец якобы скопировал песню Марвина Грэя Let's Get It On, пишет The Hollywood Reporter, - передает PRпортал
Издание отмечает, что судью совершенно не убедили доводы музыканта о том, что вышеуказанные две композиции не похожи между собой, а их сходство можно просмотреть лишь в отдельно взятых элементах. Однако, судья все еще не определился с решением, следует ли проводить анализ нот в отделе авторских прав и проводить сравнение этих аудиозаписей. «Помимо определенного сходства между элементами двух композиций, надо отметить, что обычный слушатель может принять эстетический облик этих двух песен за одно и то же», - говорится в постановлении суда. Следует отметить, что судья также отклонил ходатайство Ширана о том, что судебное разбирательство должно проходить в упрощенном порядке.
Напомним, суд отменил принятое ранее решение по делу о плагиате легендарной песни Stairway to Heaven группы Led Zeppelin.
