По итогам расследования агента ФБР Кевина Хельсона стало известно, что российский журналист и пропагандист, 84-летний телеведущий Владимир Познер является агентом ГРУ. В расследовании ФБР он фигурирует как сотрудник департамента дезинформации КГБ, а также пропагандист и "специалист", который часто выступает на западном телевидении, объясняя позицию СССР во время Холодной войны, - передает PRпортал. Результаты расследования Хельсон изложил на 17 страницах. 

Напомним, ранее российский журналист и пропагандист, 84-летний Владимир Познер признался, что очень боится за своих внуков и считает, что конфликт с Белым Домом зашел слишком далеко. Журналист Мэттью Кэмпбелл заметил, что для иностранцев "учтивый Познер был моментально узнаваемым "лицом и голосом" Советского Союза". По мнению Познера, сегодняшние российские пропагандисты работают очень грубо. "По контрасту, сегодняшние главные кремлевские пропагандисты, сказал он, это "высокооплачиваемые телекомментаторы, у которых нет никакой идеологии" и "никакой совести". "Они врут. Посмотрите на то, что они изрыгают на Russia Today. Это фейковые новости", - заявил Познер.
