Официальный представитель Министерства иностранных дел России Мария Захарова в эфире телеканала "Звезда" позволила себе весьма не дипломатическое высказывание в сторону своей американской коллеги Хизер Нойерт.

 

Видео с ее заявлением распространили в сети. 

Так, на вопрос ведущего о том, как она относится к словам Нойерт о том, что "Россия - это чудовище из морских глубин", Захарова ответила:

 

"Что я могу сказать? Кто так обзывается - сам так называется!".
