Министерство юстиции выложило на своем сайте открытый реестр неплательщиков алиментов. Об этом в ходе пресс-конференции в понедельник сообщил министр юстиции Украины Павел Петренко.

По его словам, почти 600 тыс. детей являются заложниками безответственности своих родителей.

Среди них LB.ua случайно нашел Сергея Николаевича Каплина, родившегося 15 декабря 1979 года. Человек с такими установочными данными, как известно, является депутатом Верховной Рады, лидером Социал-демократической партии (бывшая "Партия простых людей") и самопровозглашенным лидером Социалистической партии.

 

 

В ежегодной декларации Каплина не указаны родственники.

В конце прошлого года Верховная Рада приняла закон, ужесточающий наказание за неуплату алиментов. Он вводит новые средства принудительного выполнения решений, которые могут применяться к неплательщикам алиментов. В их числа - лишение водительских прав и запрет на выезд за границу.

Каплин голосовал "за" этот законопроект.
