Минюст направил проектам "Радио "Свобода" "Крым.Реалии" и "Сибирь.Реалии", а также татаро-башкирской службе "Радио "Свобода" уведомления о том, что их могут признать иноагентами, сообщил РИА Новости источник в ведомстве.

 

Ранее об этом также предупредили проекты "Idel.Реалии" и "Кавказ.Реалии", "Голос Америки", совместный проект "Радио Свобода" и "Голоса Америки" — "Настоящее время", а также "Радио Свободная Европа"/"Радио Свобода".

Как рассказал РИА Новости член комиссии Совета Федерации по защите госсуверенитета Олег Морозов, иноагентами в России могут быть признаны и другие проекты "Радио Свобода" — "Фактограф" и "Маршо радио" на чеченском языке, а также CNN.

В "Радио "Свобода" заявили, что компания консультируется с юристами по этому вопросу.

Накануне Госдума приняла поправки, согласно которым зарубежные СМИ в России могут признать иноагентами, если их финансируют из-за границы. Теперь документ должен рассмотреть Совет Федерации. Если его утвердит верхняя палата парламента, он поступит на подпись президенту.

Что означает принятие закона о СМИ-иноагентах

  • Иноагентом может стать любое зарубежное СМИ, получающее финансирование или имущество из-за границы (в том числе от российских юридических лиц, спонсируемых из иностранных источников).
  • В поправках не упомянуты конкретные издания или телеканалы.
  • Решение о признании СМИ иноагентом будет принимать Министерство юстиции.
  • Минюст может создать отдельный реестр СМИ — иностранных агентов, если возникнет такая необходимость.
  • СМИ, признанные иноагентом, должны будут соответствующим образом маркировать свои материалы и предоставлять отчеты.
  • СМИ, которые откажутся регистрироваться, подпадут под действие нормы закона об иноагентах-НКО.
  • Поправки никак не отразятся на работе российских СМИ.

 

 

Разработка закона стала ответом на притеснение российских СМИ в США: в начале ноября американский Минюст предписал RT зарегистрироваться иностранным агентом.

В Госдуме заверили, что прописанные в документе меры "никак не повлияют на свободу слова".

Деятельность "Радио "Свобода" и "Голоса Америки" координируется американским правительственным Советом управляющих по вопросам вещания (BBG) и финансируется конгрессом США.

"Радио "Свободная Европа"/Радио "Свобода" уже заявило, что намерено продолжить работу.
