Спикер Верховной Рады Александр Турчинов подписал распоряжение о восстановлении в правах народного депутата лидера партии «РОДИНА» Игоря Маркова.

Если точнее, своим распоряжением Турчинов отменил ранее принятое распоряжение прежнего спикера Рыбака, по которому карточку нардепа Игоря Маркова заблокировали и прекратили начислять ему зарплату, сообщает Таймер. 

«Поскольку карточку для голосования в Верховной Раде и зарплату народного депутата может получать только народный депутат, то фактически Игорь Марков теперь официально признан депутатом Верховной Рады и должен быть немедленно освобождён из-под стражи», — пояснил адвокат Игоря Маркова Александр Казарновский.

Он также рассказал, какие юридические процедуры должны быть выполнены для того, чтобы Марков вышел на свободу.

«Игорь Марков содержится под стражей с санкции Приморского суда. Теперь Приморский суд обязан эту санкцию отменить. Мы уже инициировали судебное заседание, на котором это должно произойти, оно должно состояться завтра, 25 февраля, в 12:00», — пояснил Александр Казарновский. Он также отметил, что многих политзаключённых в Киеве освобождали и без этой формальности.

Напомним, Игорь Марков был арестован чуть больше четырёх месяцев назад - 22 октября 2013-го года.
