На виборах в ландтаг федеральної землі Нижня Саксонія лідирує Соціал-демократична партія Німеччини (СДПН).

Про це свідчать офіційні попередні результати виборів, опубліковані ввечері в неділю, 15 жовтня, повідомляє Європейська правда із посиланням на  Deutsche Welle.

Соціал-демократів підтримали 36,9% виборців. За їх головних конкурентів - Християнсько-демократичний союз (ХДС) на чолі з канцлеркою Ангелою Меркель - висловилися 33,6% виборців.

На третьому місці - партія "Союз-90"/"зелені" з 8,7% голосів.

Далі йдуть ліберальна "Вільна демократична партія" (ВДП) - 7,5% і правопопулістська "Альтернатива для Німеччини" (АдН) - 6,2%.

Вибори в ландтаг Нижньої Саксонії не планували проводити всього через три тижні після загальнофедеральних: вони були призначені на початок 2018 року. Але через те, що одна з депутатів правлячої тут коаліції соціал-демократів і "зелених" перейшла на сторону християнських демократів, земельний уряд втратив більшість в місцевому ландтазі і було оголошено дострокові вибори.

Голосування в Нижній Саксонії може стати важливим сигналом для канцлерки ФРН Ангели Меркель напередодні формування нового уряду. Переговори про урядову коаліцію в Німеччині стартують 18 жовтня.
